Prepare to Race
 

Congratulations - you've signed up to participate in a race! Now it's time to knuckle down and put in the required training and prepare your body to perform the best it possibly can. Whether you're running for a PB or running just to feel part of the running community, it's still important that your body is correctly fuelled and appropriately fit to take on the distance you're training for.

 

We have lots of nutrition and training tips to help you through your race.  You can also join the IMP forum, where you can post any questions you might have or share your training stories.

 

Preparing your body for a race is critical, so make sure you take advantage of our advice and tips and who knows - maybe that PB isn't far away!
